Prep for your mid-year review
At the end of the month, you’ll be halfway through 2023. So plan in some time to acknowledge what’s, ditch goals that no longer resonate for you and plan for the next six months. It doesn’t have to be a formal process but we always find that writing it down helps to clarify our thoughts. Plus it can be fun to re-read in the future.
What I ate
We love trackers and diaries of all kinds but when we talk about recording meals we’re not talking about a calorie log! No, we’re thinking with an eye to the future. if you do any kind of seasonal eating it can be hard to remember which ingredients you put together, which ones worked well and what you particularly enjoyed. Find a way to remind yourself that a glut of beetroot goes well with blood orange balsamic and also is delicious in soup with Thai spices. You’re bound to have forgotten by next year.
The new Sunday Reset
Does a Sunday reset work for you? Then think about how you could use this concept for the rest of your week. How about a mid-week reset? What would it include to make it work for you? A brain dump? A review of your fridge contents? A speedy tidy-up?
Ps. Have you seen the rainbow of fountain pens in our shop?
