What’s in my parcel?
Each monthly box contains a fab selection of stationery, sourced from around the world. Contents can be anything from notebooks to pens, sticky notes to bookmarks and paperclips to stickers 🙂
We love working with quirky, new brands and individual artists & makers who you may not find on the high street, coupled with cult brands you’ll also love.
When will I get my order?
For the monthly parcel, the cut off date for the next month’s subscription box is the 10th of each month, and we post on the 14th.
This means if you subscribe on or after the 11th of the month, you will be in the following month’s shipment. Your Subbly account should show when your next shipment is due.
All other items and curated selections from the shop will be dispatched within 3 days of receiving your order.
Do all subscribers receive the same contents?
Mostly, although it does depend on our suppliers’ resources and availability and the number of subscribers we have. All subscribers will always receive the same value of contents in each month, though.
Can I subscribe or buy as a gift?
Yes, of course you can! You can subscribe via Subbly or buy in the shop and make sure you put the recipient’s name and address as the shipping details. If you’d like a gift message, pop it in the checkout notes or let us know via email – firstname.lastname@example.org.
I don’t live in the UK. Can I still buy or subscribe?
At the moment, sadly not – if you’re an existing subscriber we’ll be in touch once we have full details of what Brexit means. While we wait for the dust to settle and to know what the impact is on small, mail order retail businesses like ours, we’re only accepting UK orders – mainly so you don’t get stung by unexpected customs!
I want to buy more of one of the designs I received, where can I do this?
Drop us a line and we’ll see what we can do. We may already have the item in stock, be able to order it for you or tell you where you can buy it.
I’m a stationery maker/supplier, can you stock my items?
All our stock is carefully curated and we always love to hear from new suppliers or artists. Please contact us (ideally by email) and we’ll take it from there.
What about returns?
We don’t accept returns unless something is faulty. If you feel there is a problem with your order please get in touch and let us know as soon as you receive it – email@example.com.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime – this directly refers to the renewal and not your initial commitment term.
Any free gifts or taster boxes given on a new subscription are applied on the assumption you stay subscribed for the entire initial commitment period, and will be charged for at standard rates if you do not stay subscribed for the initial term.
If you’re on a rolling monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time via your Subbly account. If you’ve signed up for a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription and cancel before the end of an existing subscription commitment period (shown as “initial term” on the “Get Started” page and in the name of the subscription shown at checkout and in your confirmation email).
At the end of your minimum term, you can continue on a rolling monthly basis. Full information here.
If you’re a legacy customer with a monthly PayPal subscription, you can cancel at any time via your PayPal account.

I’d like a sample box for my website / blog / review site / YouTube channel.
We have a limited number of boxes for review each year, and maintain a waiting list of these requests. If you’d like to be added to the list, please drop us a line (email@example.com) with the subject line “Oh hi – I’d like to go on the list” and tell us a bit about you and your site, and why you’d be a good fit!
