Q: What’s in my parcel?
A: We have a Sneak Peek page which has details of the current subscription parcel. It’s deliberately set up this way so that anyone who does want a surprise doesn’t accidentally find it. After each month’s selection is released, full details of their contents will be posted on the What’s In My Box? page.
Q: When will I get my order?
A: If you’ve ordered an Ace parcel or subscription then the 14th of each month will find us joining the queue at our local post office. (Please note cut off date for receiving the Ace parcel is midnight on the 7th of each month).
Other items from the shop will be dispatched within 3 days of receiving your order.
Q: Do all Ace subscribers receive the same contents?
A: The short answer is yes. You won’t find that someone else has totally different contents to you. However you may find that where an item is available in a variety of designs and colours that this will be reflected in the contents. (We also reserve the right to replace an item without notice, with one of equal or higher value to that advertised in the Sneak Peek).
Q: Can I subscribe or buy as a gift?
A: Aren’t you thoughtful! Just let us know where the lucky recipient lives and tell us if you would like any message included. If you wish to subscribe for someone else (or for yourself!) you can do this on the Subscribe page.
Q: I don’t live in the UK. Can I still buy or subscribe?
A: No problem. We ship worldwide. Do bear in mind that if you are outside the UK your order may take a little longer to arrive. Shipping/delivery costs can be found here.
Q: I want to buy more of one of the designs I received, where can I do this?
A: Drop us a line and we’ll see what we can do. We may already have the item, be able to order it for you or tell you where you can purchase it.
Q: I’m a stationery maker/supplier, can you stock my items?
A: All our stock is carefully curated and we always love to hear from new suppliers or artists. Please contact us (ideally by email) and we’ll take it from there.
Q: What about returns?
A: We don’t accept returns unless something is faulty. If you’re uncertain about whether the contents will be something for you, have a look at the Sneak Peek page. If you feel there is a problem with your order please get in touch and let us know about the problem.
Q: What if I want to cancel?
A: We know that our boxes are a treat, and that budgets sometimes need to focus on the essentials. So you can cancel at any time. We have no minimum length for subscription – just email us at email@example.com.
Q: I’d like a PR sample for my website / blog / review site / YouTube channel.
A: We have a limited number of boxes for review each year, and maintain a waiting list of these requests. If you’d like to be added to the list, please drop us a line (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the subject line “Oh hi – I’d like to go on the list” and tell us a bit about you and your site, and why you’d be a good fit!
