FAQs

When will I get my order?

All orders will be dispatched within 3 days of receiving your order – we do post runs twice a week and post using Royal Mail second class or Tracked 48.

Can I buy as a gift?

Yes, of course you can! Make sure you put the recipient’s name and address as the shipping details at checkout. If you’d like a gift message, pop it in the checkout notes or let us know via email – shop@inkdrops.co.uk.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, sadly not – we had so many correctly labelled parcels returned or refused by customs that we have withdrawn international sales.

I’m a stationery maker/supplier, can you stock my items?

All our stock is carefully curated and we always love to hear from new suppliers or artists. Please contact us (ideally by email) and we’ll take it from there.

What about returns?

In line with the distance selling regulations in the UK, you can cancel the order within 14 days of delivery.

You are responsible for all return delivery costs.

You must return the goods within 14 days in unopened, saleable condition, and we will process the refund once they have been received and inspected.
